This place is situated in a great area with plenty of nearby conveniences like a supermarket, shops, bakeries, and restaurants, as well as being close to a ferry port making it easy to travel around.

Relaxing stay, would recomand!

all wonderful, everything you need for the weekend. the rooms are a nice size and modern and complete with aircon, good air conditioning, as example. the location is particularly good and amazing, 3 km from menaggio.

The location was great and super for traveling around Cadenabbia, not far from ferry terminal, and shop, restaurant, bus stop, ship stop. Also, we were 3 km from popular place such as Valchiavenna.

The apartment is modern and has air conditioning. It offers a beautiful view of the lake. the location is great, right on the lakefront. Every time we are in Cadenabbia, we choose to stay at this hotel.

maioliche apartments griante was the perfect stay in cadenabbia. spacious, clean, with lovely lake views. close to amenities and sheryl, the manager, was a helpful guide. could not recommend it enough!

Great location right next to the lake. Conveniently close to Bar Vecchia Torre for shots. - Decent food served for dinner and breakfast.

We had a great one night stay here. the staff was friendly and helpful throughout. - the room was well-maintained and had a lovely view. - Having a microwave, electric kettle, and fridge in the room was very convenient.

The apartment was very spacious and bright with a lovely private balcony. The view from the balcony was absolutely amazing. The location of the apartment was perfect for a city break without a car as it was close to the ferry stop to access other nearby cities, and also easily accessible by bus. The apartment was clean and contemporary, just like the photos. The pool across the road was a convenient bonus, with comfortable sun loungers overlooking the lake.

There were a few things that could be improved. The 80 euro cleaning fee seemed a bit excessive.

This place has a fantastic location near a ferry port and within walking distance to supermarkets and shops, it's modern, well-kept, and has a great view.

The staff were amazingly attentive and decent, especially when we requested to move rooms. the location is magnificent and incredible, just a stone's throw away from the bus station, market, bar, ferry station. - There are plenty of dining options within a 10-15 minute walk from the apartments.

The spacious apartments were a pleasant surprise, allowing for plenty of room to relax and unwind. The location of the hotel was perfect, with beautiful views of the lake and easy access to the surrounding towns via boat. the presence of air conditioning in the room was a welcome relief from the summer heat.

The rooms at the hotel were large and spacious, providing ample space for comfortable stay. the air conditioning in the rooms was great, keeping us cool in the hot weather. - the location of the hotel was convenient, with free parking available nearby and easy access to various attractions in the area.

Dislikes/Worst Aspects: The check-in process was a bit inconvenient, as we had to go to a separate location about a mile away from the hotel.

The location was stunning and conveniently close to the places we wanted to visit.
